A fun, hands-on class with the Washington County Cooperative Extension Service about the benefits of rain water catchment, how to harvest rainwater from rooftops and water your garden with free H2O! All participants will build a rain barrel and take home an easy to maintain rain barrel. Tools, barrels, hardware and instructions will be provided but please bring your own gloves if you desire them and wear appropriate attire to work outdoors.
This class will take place twice. You can sign up for either the 4:30 or 6:00 pm session. The classes will be identical. Space will be limited and these classes always fill up, so register soon!
Cost: $30 for garden members, $40 for non-members (price includes all materials)
