Become a BGO Event Vendor
We love partnering with local vendors to create memorable, community-centered experiences at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks. Each year, our signature events bring thousands of guests to the Garden – from young families to nature lovers, music fans, and foodies. We’re always on the lookout for unique, high-quality vendors who can help make these events even more special.
Vendor Opportunities
We host a variety of events:
- Earth Day Garden Market (April)
- Firefly Fling (July)
- Fall Garden Market (September)
- Scarecrow Showdown (October)
- Terrific Tuesday Nights (May–August)
Opportunities are available for:
- Food trucks and mobile kitchens
- Artisans and craft vendors
- Local nonprofits and community groups
- Sustainable product and plant vendors
- Interactive activities and experiences for kids
